  Monascus color is a nature pigment that is made from red kojic rice through extraction, concentration and refined. It may be used widely in coloring of food (including meat products, drinks, imitation wine, etc.), medicine and cosmetics.

     Color density is affected little by oxidation reducer, metalion, acidity and alkalinity. It also has strong coloring power and good performance on heat resistance and stability against the radiation of ultraviolet ray.
